Cleavia Group is under no obligation to ship any Products ordered until payment in full for those Products has been received for the final purchase price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion.

7.3. If you are purchasing Products in Malaysia, all prices listed on the site are in Malaysian Ringgit and are inclusive of any Malaysian Goods and Services Tax (as applicable).

If you are purchasing Products in a country other than Malaysia all prices listed on the site will be in the currency of the applicable country from which you are accessing our website, unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties set by your destination country unless otherwise stated.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

9.1. Shipping: In addition to the price for the Products, you will also need to pay the delivery charge listed. Any delivery charge will appear in your shopping cart. If additional delivery charges are required, we will contact you before accepting your order and provide you with a quote for these additional delivery charges. You may choose to accept these additional delivery charges or ask us to cancel your order, in which case we will provide you with a full refund of any money paid to us for your order.

 9.2. Delivery: We do not guarantee the dispatch or delivery of Products within the timeframes provided. Delivery times are our best estimate however stock availability and events outside of our control may cause delays, or in some circumstances prevent your Products from being delivered. Delivery of products is subject to the shipping address provided by the customer. Cleavia Group is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after they have been successfully delivered to the provided address.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return Policy: We do not accept returns for simply changing your mind after purchase Please choose carefully and ensure that any Product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.
