Brand + Creative

  • Expand and define what digital experiences look and feel like at Cleavia.
  • Work alongside the Design Director and Lead Interaction Designer on the visual development, execution, and evolution of the Cleavia email ecosystem and design/component library.
  • Develop and execute elevated email designs that are customer-focused and support the creative/business strategy.
  • Create beautiful, intuitive, and innovative UX solutions from initial inception through to launch
  • Create innovative and user-friendly digital products alongside our Marketing and R+D teams.
  • Work with the Brand + Marketing team on broader initiatives that require the connection between URL and IRL.
  • Work across brand and product to lead the design and development of user-centered experiences. 
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, brand designers, UX writers, and researchers, to design intuitive and delightful user experiences that drive user engagement and value.
  • Oversee the development of a concrete vision of a future-state end-to-end service experience.
  • Oversee the development of a wide range of design assets from initial conception through to execution, including sketches, storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards to ensure that all design work is of the highest quality, and meets the needs of our customers and the business.
  • Manage and mentor the product design team, including setting priorities, assigning resources, and providing guidance to help them grow in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices, translate findings to inform and inspire the work, and provide thought leadership on design-related issues.
  • Ensure that all design work adheres to brand guidelines and design standards.

Marketing

  • Marketing and comms lead for all things related to corporate brand comms ideas, creative, key message development & all brand-related activities.
  • Development of strategic brand plan to create an ‘always-on’, top-of-mind presence via paid, owned and earned media channels.
  • Lead the development & safeguard the brand experience via 360° marketing scope: which includes ATL, BTL, retail, Social and Digital platforms.
  • Lead the conversation & collaborative efforts with all relevant parties, such as internal stakeholders and external creative & media agencies.
  • End-to-end responsibility for campaign ideation, budget management and timely delivery of all projects, such as brief templates, approvals, productions, sponsorships/partnerships, festive campaigns, retail experiences, reports, internal employee engagements, and so forth.
  • Lead the social media content planning with an appointed digital agency;
  • Liaise with agencies for influencer collaboration and content approval and communicate with direct engagement of influencers.
  • Respond to all media inquiries on news releases/photos/product matters.
  • Ensure all press releases and communications to the media are updated and accurate.
  • Handling requests and collaboration with selected ambassadors including photographers and influencers for social media.

Account

  • Prepare full set of accounts and relevant schedules/listing; including daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records and systems comply with the Company’s policies, accounting standards and related statutory and tax requirements.
  • To ensure financial records maintained comply with general accepted accounting policies, procedures and best practices.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly and annual closing and internal reporting (including but not limited to budget, forecast, monthly cash flows and monthly management accounts, and financial statements).
  • Responsible for coaching and review of management accounts & financial accounts prepared by junior executive.
  • Work with business teams on insights into performance of business unit against budget and forecast.
  • Any other accounting duties assigned by the management from time to time.
  • Liaise with auditor, tax agent and company secretary.

Admin

  • Assist in managing bill payments for the company and directors.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
  • Assist in administrative tasks of director’s holding company.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
