How do I place an order?
- Go to our official website https://cleaviagroup.com
- Add your desired item(s) to the cart.
- To view your items, click on the ‘cart’ icon located at the upper right corner of the page.
- Click on ‘Cart’ and your order summary will appear for your review.
- Fill in your details accurately and choose your Payment Option (Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Transfer, PayPal, E-Wallet). *Payment Option(s) available varies depending on countries.
Successful Orders:
You will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order shortly after you have successfully placed your order.
Unsuccessful Orders:
In case your payment is not successful, you will receive a Payment Failure Notification to inform you that your payment has failed and would suggest alternative payment methods that are available.
How to check the status of my order(s)?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Shipment Notification email. To track and check the status of your order, please click on ‘Trace Shipment’ attached in the Shipping Notification email.
You may also log in to your Account and click on ‘My Orders’ to check the status.
Please note that you need to be registered and logged into your account to view your online orders. Orders will not appear in your account if you checked out as a guest.
How long is the order processing time?
We process orders Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, excluding Public Holidays. We hustle to process all orders within 1 business day.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following working week and may take up to 1-3 working days to be delivered.
How soon will I receive my items?
For international shipping, delivery will take approximately 5-14 business days.
To get the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your Shipping Notification email.

How do I manage my shipment?
For deliveries by DHL, you may manage or customize your shipment details once it has been passed over to DHL via On Demand Delivery (ODD). You will have the flexibility to make changes directly under ODD such as scheduling a delivery date, authorizing a signature release, or others while your shipment is en route.
Using the tracking (shipment waybill) number, you may log in or manage your shipment as a guest on the DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD) website.
*Do note that this service is only applicable for delivery via DHL only.
Free Shipping
Cleavia offers free shipping to all parts of Malaysia. Worldwide shipping is free for orders over $200 USD and orders under $200 USD will be charged a flat rate of $20 USD per 3 kg for worldwide shipping.
